Toledo, OH – January 28, 2020 — Bolt Express, a leading provider of Time-Critical® Transportation Solutions, is proud to announce the acquisition of an Ohio based expedite services provider.

Terms of the deal are not being disclosed. Jeff Curry, PTL CEO, will be joining the Bolt Express team in an advisory role focused on strategic growth initiatives.
