Toledo, Ohio Bolt Holdings: Bolt Express and Strike Logistics, announces Guy Sanderson as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2013. Sanderson will succeed Ben Bauman, Founder and Chairman of Bolt Holdings, who will focus on strategic planning and acquisitions.

Sanderson and Bauman have realized remarkable synergy and productivity since they began their working relationship in 2008. Bolt has realized a sales increase of 350% and has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. for the past 2 years. Bauman has attributed much of the growth to their cooperative company culture; “Guy has a very effective leadership style. He holds our employees to a high standard but he also works hard to ensure that they have the tools and support they need to be successful,” stated Bauman.

Fortifying this company is a combination of high-level leadership with a bottom up operating philosophy. “I have been tasked with driving the growth and development of our companies while ensuring the same high level of service that our customers have come to expect. I am proud to be a part of such a talented team; we have had our share of success over the past few years and I am very excited about our plans for the future.” said Sanderson.
